ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods, promotions, or product launches.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within Australia.
At this stage, we do not offer shipping to international destinations.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processes, or other circumstances outside of our control.
TRACKING
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be re-sent.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
