Refund policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through Ferm, operated by Ferm Wellness Pty Ltd.

At Ferm, product quality and safety are a priority. As our products are ingestible, we offer a limited returns and refunds policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.


INGESTIBLE PRODUCTS

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ingestible products, including supplements, once they have been opened or used.


FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is damaged in transit

  • Is incorrect or not what you ordered

This is in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUNDĀ 

To request a return or refund, please contact us at info@fermwellness.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos where relevant

We will assess your request and advise on next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unsolicited returns may not be accepted.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.


REFUNDS

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
