Both are present in very small amounts, and we declare them so anyone who's sensitive can make an informed choice. Sugars: Each scoop contains around 138 mg of total sugars, mostly from the gold kiwifruit powder (one of our prebiotics). For context, a typical kiwifruit contains around 6–7 g. TGA labelling rules require sugars to be declared above 100 mg per daily dose, so each scoop is just over that threshold. We lightly sweeten the product with monk fruit and stevia – plant-based sweeteners that add subtle sweetness without sugar. Sulfites: No sulfites are added to GUT+ Digest.
